Photo Gallery | Photos: Robins Federal SWAG Patrol Takes Ga. by Storm!

A group of do-gooders has recently descended upon Middle Georgia, surprising area residents with gifts and cash. The SWAG Patrol, a group of six Robins Federal Credit Union representatives, has begun traveling throughout Central and Eastern Georgia this fall, conducting random acts of kindness for individuals and groups of unsuspecting citizens.

Over the next eight weeks, the SWAG Patrol plans to appear in a variety of places – crowded restaurants, fire departments, grocery stores, office workplaces, police departments, gas stations and so on. The random acts of kindness include the purchase of tanks of gas, the purchase of carts full of groceries, meals and treats for public service teams who tirelessly give to the community, along with fun gifts and prizes to people along the way.

No one knows where the SWAG Patrol will appear next, but the SWAG Patrol will drop clues and hints on the Robins Federal Credit Union Facebook page. Become a fan of “Robins Federal Credit Union” on Facebook to see where the SWAG Patrol is headed next.

Also visit the SWAG Patrol microsite at www.robinsfcu.org\SWAG\index.html for videos and photos of SWAG Patrol appearances and more details about the program. Feedback from the public is encouraged and thus far, responses have been very positive. Those who meet the SWAG Patrol are encouraged to pay it forward by conducting similar acts of kindness for others; then share their stories with the SWAG Patrol via the Facebook page or SWAG microsite.
