WRHS Students Promote Demon Depot | Schools

Houston County, GA – Warner Robins High School advanced marketing students Aeriel Brown and Summer Irvine completed a project aimed at increasing interest and sales at the Demon Depot for the month of September.  Demon Depot is a school-based enterprise where fans may purchase spirit items such as T-shirts, cups, foam fingers, chairs and umbrellas.

This project included creating a sales promotion, Football Trivia Friday.  Football Trivia Fridays is Demon trivia every Friday where students are asked simple Demon Football history questions.  Those with the right answer win a free bag of cookies from the Demon Depot.  Aeriel and Summer created flyers and a large poster to generate store traffic by targeting parents and visitors in addition to students.

The Demon Depot is operated by the DECA student organization.  Stacy Summers, business teacher, is the advisor.  Second- and third-year marketing students operate the store throughout the school day.
