Title (Max 100 Characters)
Family and friends of two Houston County sisters who died in a traffic accident will gather on the second anniversary of their death to raise money for a fund in their honor.
11-year-old Bridget Sullivent and 17-year-old sister Leslie were killed in a car crash on Highway 96 in March 2011.
The girls were softball players who excelled on the field.
That passion was clear at their funeral two years ago.
Now, a scholarship fund in their memory will pay for Little League registrations and uniforms for those who can't afford it.
The fundraiser includes a car wash and bake sale.
That's happening Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m at the Waffle House at 1287 Houston Lake Road in Warner Robins.
