Moss Guilty of Murdering Store Owner | News
Houston County jury Wednesday found Jermontae Moss guilty on all 10 counts for murdering store owner Jose Marin in 2011.
The jury returned its verdict just before 6:30 p.m. That's less than three hours after closing arguments were completed.
Prosecutors say Moss killed Marin, the owner of a Warner Robins Mexican food store, during an attempted robbery in September 2011.
According to a news release from Houston County District Attorney George Hartwig, sentencing for Moss will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday.
