Northside Soars into Region Play | News

The Northside Eagles are soaring into region play, almost exactly where they want to be. Coach Kevin Kinsler and Big Blue are ranked number one in AAAAA football and undefeated through their first three games.

The Eagles are coming off a bye this past week, preparing for their first region contest with Lakeside-Evans on the road. Coach Kinsler says the leadership of 37 seniors is helping steer the Eagles in the right direction averaging 45 points on offense while averaging only 13 points allowed on defense through 2 contests including a shutout versus Veterans.

Kinsler also says it's important to keep up the intensity especially in region play. Game time is Friday night at 7:30 in Augusta.
