Warner Robins Woman Arrested for Cruelty to Animals
A woman in Warner Robins is now in jail, after being arrested for cruelty to animals.
According to Warner Robins police spokeswoman Tabitha Pugh, a witness says 52-year-old Miranda Delphine Thomas beat her dog with a club.
Officers responded to 219 Ward street on Saturday, where Pugh says officers saw the dog to have several visible injuries.
Thomas was transported to the Houston County Jail.
The Warner Robins Animal Control Division transported the dog to a veterinarian to treat his injuries.
