The sentencing hearing for James "Eddy" Clements is set for today at 3:30 pm. at the Houston County Courthouse in Perry.
On Friday, Clements was found guilty on all counts in hiring a father and son to murder his wife Joni Clements in February 2011.
Convicted co-conspirators Richard and Robert Sybert are also scheduled to enter their guilty pleas, according to District Attorney George Hartwig.
Tomi Roeske, Joni Clements' sister, who is based in Norfolk, Virginia, says she won't be able to be at the sentencing hearing.
But Roeske told 13WMAZ's Austin Lewis that she thinks her statement will be read to the court on Wednesday.
Clements faces possible life in prison.
