Five arrests in assault outside WRHS

Three more people have been arrested in a snow day assault on Warner Robins High School's campus.

According to a news release, D'Angelo Roquemore, 17, a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old were arrested Friday. The three are charged with aggravated assault.

So far, Warner Robins police arrested five people in connection with an assault following a snowball fight last week.

Early this week, police arrested Shymalik Raekwon Mitchell and Terrell Antonio Boyd.

Police were called to Warner Robins High School at about 12:48 p.m. Thursday. School was canceled that day due to snow.

What began as a snowball fight with about 30 people, ended in an assault, police said.

A few people jumped onto one of the parked vehicles at the school during the snowball fight and when one person began to object, he was hit, the news release states.

Several others then joined and three people left with "non-life threatening injuries."

A picture of the fight was then circulated on Facebook showing at least 13 young men gathered around a man, some of them beating him.
