When my aunt asked me recently “Got any great ideas for quick, easy  meals and snacks and shopping lists to go along with them?”, I have to admit I was a little out of my element. Meal planning and preparation is not one of my favorite things. It is a daily struggle for me.  Put it this way, I feel about meal planning how some people feel about laundry!
