Bus Route to Begin Going to GEICO, YKK | Families

Commuting to GEICO and YKK should get easier for some locals this month.

Starting on December 17, Bibb County residents can ride the bus to GEICO and YKK. 

Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority Operations Manager Jade Daniels says they're making it "as much of an express route as we can." 

Currently they're ironing out the bus schedule details, but Daniels says that the route will begin at Mabel White Baptist Church in north Macon, head down Riverside over to Hutchings Career Center and then out to GEICO sections one and two as well as the YKK building.

She says they want to make the schedule accomodate those who may be commuting on the Bird bus from Warner Robins.
