Houston County High Presents "Working" | Events

Houston County, GA – Houston County High School’s Musical Theatre will present Working on Oct. 20, at 7:00 p.m. and Oct. 21, at 3:00 p.m. in the school theatre.  All tickets are $5 and sold at the door. 

Working is from the book by Pulitzer-prize winning author Studs Terkel.  This one-act is a tribute to the hard-working American, appealing to anyone who has ever had, or will have, a job.  Through lively music, dance and monologues based on interviews with actual hard-working people, a talented cast of 31 will present the show.  The cast and crew will compete at regional competition the week after their Sunday matinee performance.
