Northside Students Caught with Unloaded Gun | Crime
Two students at Northside High School in Warner Robins were caught with an unloaded gun Thursday morning.
Houston County superintendent Dr. Robin Hines tells 13WMAZ that the students were seen having an "odd conversation" during breakfast. A teacher then followed the pair to the bathroom.
There the teacher saw one of the students try to hide something in his jacket.
The student revealed it was a gun and put it on the floor as the teacher demanded.
Hines could not identify the students because they are minors, and he declined to share what consequences they face.
However, he said the police typically are involved in situations like this and expulsion is an option.
