'Feed the City' Accepting Food Donations During Holidays
An organization that has helped 50,000 people since 1997 is accepting donations through the holidays.
Feed the City Awareness Week is a time when individuals can donate and help support the organization, according to a news release.
Feed the City was founded by Bishop Jeff Poole of New Hope International and has grown into a community-driven organization.
On Saturday, Nov. 17, the organization will provide a Thanksgiving meal and supplies to anyone in need. That's from 8 a.m. until noon.
