Robins Federal Credit Union Announces Manager and Employees of the

Warner Robins, GA — Each quarter, Robins Federal Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the third quarter of 2015 are as follows:

Susan Collins, Perry Branch – Collins is the manager of Robins Federal’s Perry branch. She has been employed with Robins Federal Credit Union for nineteen years. Collins has previously worked as a teller, member service representative, and assistant manager before becoming the branch manager. She enjoys spending time with family and doing volunteer work.

Community Shreds and Recycles Over 12 Tons of Sensitive Documents

Warner Robins, GA — Central Georgia residents recently shredded 25,250 pounds, or 12.6 tons, of documents containing sensitive material at Robins Federal Credit Union’s popular Shred Day events.

Four Shred Day events were held at Robins Federal Credit Union’s Log Cabin Drive branch in Macon, West Clinton Street branch in Gray, North Houston Road in Warner Robins and Perry Parkway branch in Perry.

Shred Day is a semiannual event with a dual purpose - to protect the Middle Georgia community from identity theft and to protect the environment. Members of the community are invited to shred personal information, including financial records, receipts and prescriptions. All shredded documents are then recycled.

Robins Federal Credit Union Cheers For Local School

Warner Robins, GA — Robins Federal Credit Union is proud to support Northside High School by contributing $1,000 to their Competition Cheerleaders. This donation will go towards purchasing new tumbling mats.

Robins Federal Credit Union Recognizes Employees for Years of Service

Warner Robins, GA —Robins Federal Credit Union recently recognized thirty-one employees for their years of service during their Annual Service Awards Banquet. The banquet is held each year to recognize their staff who have reached a 5 year milestone.

This year, sixteen employees were recognized for five years of service, three for ten years of service, seven for fifteen years of service, three for twenty-five years of service, and two for thirty years of service. Each employee was personally thanked for their commitment to the credit union.

Robins Federal Credit Union Supports Our Veterans

Warner Robins, GA — Robins Federal Credit Union purchased 2 new computers for the local Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 33. The DAV had a recent break-in into their facility and the computers were among the items stolen.

The DAV organization provides assistance to disabled military veterans and their families with services that include transportation, medical visits and help with documents.

Robins Federal Credit Union Awards September First Friday Winner

Macon, GA — Robins Federal Credit Union recently awarded a Samsung 40 inch TV to Crystal Wilder, winner of the September First Friday drawing.

This contest was part of September First Friday, which is hosted by Robins Federal Credit Union and NewTown Macon. Central Georgia residents were invited to visit Robins Federal Credit Union’s Macon branches to register for the TV.
