ALL ABOARD | Chamber Kicks Off 2012 Membership Campaign | Business

WARNER ROBINS, GA- Win an amazing Western Caribbean Cruise during the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 2012 Membership Campaign!  The official kick-off will be held tonight, August 27, 2012, with a reception at 5:30 p.m. at the Chamber, 1228 Watson Blvd.  The campaign will go on for two weeks (August 27-September 7, 2012) and will involve lots of fun and exciting incentives to encourage membership.

“With the anticipation of at least 100 in attendance at tonight’s kick-off, we are encouraging volunteers to obtain at least one new member each,” said Shaw Blackmon, Chamber Chairman.  “We have several great reasons why businesses should join the Robins Regional Chamber and they include a new and improved membership dues structure as well as perks from several member businesses and the local media.”

Chairman-elect Walter “Randy” Randall, Internal Affairs Vice-Chair, Jessica Shoudel and Chamber President, Morgan Law will also be present to rally the volunteers and build enthusiasm for this year’s campaign.

We are extremely excited to be offering an amazing grand prize for this year’s campaign,” said Law.  “Each time a volunteer obtains a new member, the volunteer’s name will be placed into a hat for a chance to win the grand prize…a Western Caribbean Cruise!  We are also thrilled that Patty Bryant with Bryant Travel has been instrumental in helping us acquire this unique opportunity.”

Volunteers will be inviting prospective members to join the Chamber during the campaign.  This year’s event will feature 100 volunteers from the Chamber’s business and local community and will be comprised of a two week blitz and with no specific time shifts.  This will allow volunteers to obtain members at a relaxed “no pressure” pace in order to reach our goal of 100 new Chamber members.
