Things To Do In Warner Robins: The 4th Annual Cantrell Center 5K & Fun Run

The 4th Annual Cantrell Center 5K & Fun Run is this Saturday, Feb 25th in Warner Robins Georgia. Race day registration starts at 7:30am at the Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy and Wellness on 405 Osigian Blvd. The 5K starts at 8:30am and the 1 mile fun run begins at 9:15am. This event is a USATF-Certified Course and a Run and See Georgia Grand Prix Race.

Prizes for both males and females include:

• 1st Place – $500
• 2nd Place – $250
• 3rd Place - $100
• Overall Masters $250
• 1st Place Lower Extremity Amputee $250
• Trophies for top 3 finishers in each age group
• Ribbons for 1 mile fun run participants
• Pre-registered participants receive a 5K T-shirt (not guaranteed for registrations after 2/10/2012)

Although there will be plenty of serious runners (the 2011 winner finished in 14.47!), this event is definitely geared for all fitness levels.

Whether you are new to exercising, an experienced runner, or just want to be part of something worthwhile and fun, the 4th Annual Cantrell Center 5K & Fun Run will encourage and motivate you to get fit in 2012.
