Chamber Honors Outstanding Employee for January | Best Of

WARNER ROBINS, GA- The Robins Regional Chamber’s Small Business of the Month Committee presented Nancy Fransioli, Personal Banker for CB&T, with the Outstanding Employee Award for January 2013.  The award presentation is sponsored by Spherion Staffing Services of Middle Georgia.

“Nancy is an outstanding example of a customer service professional in our community,” said Chamber President Morgan Law.  “I have been able to work with her for years as a customer and am always treated to a smile, enthusiastic attitude and professional assistance to resolve my various banking needs.” 

Law says that Fransioli is knowledgeable, capable and always willing to go the "extra" mile to accommodate a customer. 

Houston Lake Branch Manager Lynne Cookson chimed in saying that “Nancy is top notch in customer service and is loved by her clients.  Sometimes customers come in just to say hello to Nancy and to get a piece of candy from the candy dish on her desk.  They always appreciate her care.”

CB&T President Eddie Norris agreed and added that “customer service pours out of Nancy and she is truly a model employee.”

Norris says that Fransioli has received recognition from the bank, but it is wonderful that the Chamber takes the time to recognize deserving employees and is happy that Nancy was publicly recognized for it.

“Nancy Fransioli is highly deserving of this recognition,” said Law.
