World War II veterans can attend an appreciation luncheon in November.
The luncheon is slated to feature speakers included Warner Robins Mayor Chuck Shaheen, Congressman Austin Scott, Major General Hudson, Major General Gourley and Major General Boylan, Commander Boron and Commander Joseph B. Loring.
Guest speaker Mrs. Helen Denton, USA (Ret.), served as the Secretary for General Dwight D. Eisenhower. She typed the D-Day orders for the General.
The 'We Will Never Forget' luncheon, set for November 8, is open to all Word War II veterans and begins at 11 a.m.
