Chamber Honors Jason Forbes As Outstanding Employee for August | Best Of

WARNER ROBINS, GA- The Robins Regional Chamber’s Small Business of the Month Committee presented Jason Forbes, Production Manager for Raccoon Stone & Tile Works, with the Outstanding Employee Award for the month of August 2012.  The Award presentation is sponsored by Spherion Staffing Services of Middle Georgia.

“Jason takes on any challenge and makes sure that every detail is given its due attention,” said co-owner Mary Coon.  “Jason templates the jobs, cuts them out and oversees the finish work.  He has been working with us for 17 years and quite frankly, we would be seriously handicapped without him,” she says.

Our goal is to treat our customers like they should be treated,” said co-owner Rick Coon.  “Jason and the rest of these guys have gone above and beyond my own capabilities and they are like my children,” he says.

Rick continued to say that Jason and the other staff he’s has hired have mastered everything he’s taught them and he is proud that they maintain the same quality work that he has desired since the company’s inception.  “We don’t want to alter the integrity of our craft,” he says.  “These people are the best and we will hold onto what we’ve got.”

“Jason is a good man with strong family values and I trust him with everything I have,” said Mary.  “Even at his wedding, he honored Rick and I as his ‘other parents’ and took a family photo with us.”
