WARNER ROBINS, GA- The Small Business of the Month Committee of the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce honored Tyonek Engineering & Agile Manufacturing (TEAMCOR) as August Small Business of the Month; award sponsored by Qualified Staffing of Georgia.

Tyonek Engineering & Agile Manufacturing (TEAMCOR) is a subsidiary of Tyonek Manufacturing Group, Inc.  TEAMCOR has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and has grown from about 7 employees to nearly 60 full time employees.  Additionally, they have expanded from their original office location at 800 Duke Avenue to two other locations in Warner Robins (Prince Street and Green Street).

“Our commitment is to support the Department of Defense customers by providing the War fighter with the highest quality product and services,” says President, Carl Runyon.  “This commitment is accomplished through effective and efficient business practices that focus on customer satisfaction and continual process improvements throughout their operations.”

TEAMCOR currently holds major contracts with Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex and United States Special Operations Command.  Their Core Competencies consist of Program Management, Engineering, CAD, Product Integration, Configuration Management, Training and Logistical Kitting and Sustainment.

“In addition to our commitments to the War fighter, TEAMCOR has a strong commitment to family and community, supporting many local events,” says Kim Oberle, Office Manager.  “Over the last five years, we have been a Hole and Flag sponsor for the WR-ALC Museum of Aviation Golf Tournament; supported local military families in need; sponsored Freedom Fest events honoring local firefighters, police and military personnel; helped sponsor the Little League; raised $3,000.00 for MDA; and assisted in sponsorship and participated in the Wounded Warriors 5K race.”

TEAMCOR takes a tremendous amount of pride in what they do and what it takes to be a successful small business the Robins Region with most of their team making their home here.
