Warner Robins High Chorus to Sing at Atlanta Braves Game

Houston County, GA - The Warner Robins High School Chorus will perform the Star Spangled Banner at the Atlanta Braves baseball game on Thursday, September 6.  They were given this opportunity based on an audition CD that was sent to the Braves organization. The game starts at 12:00 noon, so they will perform early in the day.

Students Ashley Diaz Pizarro and Kira Bowden agree that, “It is a great honor to be asked to stand on the field at Turner Stadium and sing our National Anthem.” They, and the 50 students singing with them, are excited about this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The Warner Robins High School Chorus strives to be an active organization, educating students to become musicians rather than mere singers, and giving them experiences that they will never forget.  They are under the direction of Joy Dumas.

Warner Robins High is located at 401 S. Davis Dr. in Warner Robins.  Steve Monday serves as principal.  For more information, please contact Dumas at joy.dumas@hcbe.net or 478-929-7877, ext. 51224.
