Third-Fifth Grade Teachers: Apply for STEM Teacher of the Year |

The Museum of Aviation's National STEM Academy will recognize a Georgia STEM Teacher of the Year in 2013 with a cash award of $1,000 and an additional $1,000 to the teachers' school.  

The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Teach of the Year is open to any 3rd through 5th grade teacher who is from a Georgia School District, public or private.  

The deadline for nominations is May 15th and the winner will be announced on or before August 1.  The presentation will be made to the teacher during the Georgia NASA Teacher's STEM Day at the Museum of Aviation September 28.
