News

Police say a Warner Robins woman has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault after a shooting Sunday night.

According to police, it happened at 6 p.m. in the 1300 block of Hartley Avenue.

Police spokeswoman Tabitha Pugh said 39 year-old Bobbie Askew of Warner Robins went to the home of her former boyfriend and they had an argument.

Pugh said Askew went to her Dodge Durango and got a revolver.

According to police, Askew walked back inside the house and immediately began shooting.

Pugh said the bullets hit the cars parked outside of the home, but her former boyfriend and his friend were not injured.

Askew was charged with two counts of aggravated assault because there were two people at the home, Pugh said.

Pugh said Askew is being held in the Houston County jail without bond.
