WARNER ROBINS, GA- The Robins Regional Chamber’s Small Business of the Month Committee presented Bill Goggins, General Manager for The Landings Golf Club, with the Outstanding Employee Award for the month of September 2011.

The Landings Golf Club has been host to the Chamber’s Annual PlayDay Golf Classis for many years.  Bill Goggins has been employed with The Landings and serves as GM for the Golf Club.

“[Bill] is very easy to work with for any event,” said Aura Lee Durham, Senior VP for the Chamber.  “He is efficient and reliable and has added a very welcome stability to their organization.”

Durham says that Goggins is professional at all times and very patient with non-golfers.  “He consistently goes above and beyond the minimum requirements and makes projects at the club smooth and professional,” she said.

WARNER ROBINS, GA- The Robins Regional Chamber recently hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Pet Plantation Funeral Home & Crematory.

Paul & Pamela Boyer opened Pet Plantation Funeral Home in 2003 by leasing a property on Leverette Road in Warner Robins.  In 2011 they purchased the property at 125 Osigian Blvd. and transformed the building into a full service funeral home and crematory for pets.

“I’ve been a funeral director for 30 years,” said Paul.  “We have been very busy these days and it is a pleasure to serve the Robins Region community.”

The Boyers have been longtime supporters of the Chamber and Paul once held the title as Ambassador Chairman for one of the Chamber’s largest committees- the Ambassadors.  He is also a currently still a member of the committee.

“Our motto is we treat your pets with the care and respect they deserve,” said Paul Boyer.
